Rise & shine loves! I hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving weekend. Since it’s Monday, it’s back to work and getting back to that gym to work off all that food that has been piled up in your stomachs!!
I am just head over heels in love with this corduroy overall fit I copped from Target! IN LOVE!? I was already shopping for hours in Target and as soon as I’m almost done clothes shopping, this popped out of no where. I felt like someone was going to buy it, had a change of heart (unfortunately for them, YAY for me), and placed it back on the rack for me!! It was the last one and I was super worried I wouldn’t be able to fit it because it was small and I normally don’t wear smalls in the bottom area. Thanks to who ever changed their mind…it was made for me!?
When I picked the overalls up, it felt heavy on the hanger but wearing it felt lightweight and fit so perfectly around my shape. I was feeling like I was living through the 80s with having on corduroy, wide-leg overalls, and a turtleneck all at once! My gold earrings were a great addition since the earrings and the bottoms of the overalls were flared out at the bottom. Cool observation, right? Yeah I know!?
The wine color against this mustard turtleneck was a match made in heaven! I remember when I was younger, my mom use to buy me turtlenecks and I was like’ YUUCCKKKKKKKK?’!! I hated turtlenecks but now that I am older and wiser, I realized turtlenecks are it!! It is now a trend and I finally gave it a chance and I’m so glad that it is in. Is there a certain trend that is popular now that you disliked before? I purchased the turtleneck from Forever 21 for only $8, so you know I had to buy more than one. It was only right, since the price was so right!!
