Motivational Monday: Hosting Boutique Slay

Hey y’all heyyyy! Happy Motivational Monday!!

I hope y’all are enjoying your week so far. I’m currently in the bed cramping and feeling so lazy because of it. I hate what women have to go through sometimes.🙄 Thankfully I didn’t start feeling this week earlier this weekend because I had to put on my hosting hat for a pop-up show this weekend.

Flashing back on when I use to be sooooo nervous to even talk in front of people and them just looking back at me use to be such a fear of mine but I wanted that to change. My personality is so silly, witty and animated and people are always giving me compliments on it so it boosted me to want to show it off vs hiding it. I watched how my role models, my aunt Jessica and Beyonce, talked with such class, confidence and grace and I wanted to have the same attitude as well. Also with me starting my business I wanted to be able to do more than just show off my outfits and look cute.🤷😂

They say fear is what should motivate you to do it anyway so I pushed myself to do more things that would help me be a better speaker!

What motivates you??🤔

I wanted to get better so the more I say yes to speaking events the better I am getting. Still learning and always trying to improve so I was thankful to be a hostess at Tori’s pop-up shop and I had my own table to sell my boutique items too!
